Hon. Murjanatu Suleiman-Shika is a distinguished educationist, administrator, philanthropist, social entrepreneur, politician, and gender advocate with over 15 years of experience in community development and women empowerment across Northern Nigeria.

She currently serves as the Special Adviser to the Kaduna State Governor on Vocational Training and Skills Development, driving initiatives focused on skills acquisition, youth empowerment, and inclusive economic growth. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Women Connect Initiative (WCI), a lecturer at Ahmadu Bello University, and an active Rotarian.

Hon. Murjanatu is widely recognized for her impactful contributions to gender equality, education, leadership, and community engagement. Through innovative and culturally inclusive approaches, she has successfully led programs supporting vulnerable women, girls, and rural communities, earning national recognition for her humanitarian and development work.
